As a Science & Technology Principal, Steven Ritchie brings more than three decades of experience in the industry, with projects ranging from ground-up medical device manufacturing facilities to labs for chemistry, research and development, and biotechnology.

His expertise in lab planning, master planning and interior design shapes his multi-faceted approach to every project. At his previous firm, he successfully led and bolstered the life sciences market sector and project teams through design and delivery. He has developed a significant client base, having worked with industry leaders such as Takeda, Boston Scientific, Repligen and Philips. His global design insights and skills in QA/QC, code review, schematic design, design development and construction add to Steven’s critical role.
